Note from Mal Pope -

---

Hi

I just wanted to let you know that Bonnie very kindly agreed to sing a
duet on my new album and that you can hear the results on my website:

http://www.malpope.com

I wrote the track especially for Bonnie and it's called 'Tables Turn'. She
came into my studio in Mumbles , Swansea to record her vocal and she
was absolutely fantastic. I hope you like it.

Kind Regards

Mal Pope

Mal Pope has a radio and television show in Wales and is recognized as
the Welsh version of Jules Hollond. He has been around the club circuit
in Wales for a number of years.

BONNIE'S OFFICIAL HOMEPAGE VISITS BONNIE

Stephen Bowen Lawrence and I visited Bonnie in her home back in 1999 in
Swansea, Wales. Fernhill, her home, is absolutely beautiful and Bonnie and
her family are very down to earth and friendly. After visiting her home we
all headed out to dinner which was wonderful.

TV THEME SONGS

"He's the King" was so well received as theme to a German TV show Bonnie
was asked to do a theme for a UK TV show called "Jack Of Hearts". The
theme song of the same name is similar in style to "He's the King" and a
40 second clip was recorded for the show. A full length version was also
recorded.

OTHER INTERESTING BONNIE TIDBITS

Bonnie recorded a new version of "Total Eclipse Of The Heart" called "Total
Eclipse Of The Sun" for the recent eclipse with all new lyrics. It was agreed
with that the re-write would be used for radio broadcast only on the day of
the eclipse of the sun in Wales.

The front cd cover has Bonnie dressed in black jacket/trousers with a French
beret on her head. The back cover of the cd is a great picture of Bonnie
sitting in an armchair throwing a high heel shoe in the air. Recording began
late last year in Dublin, Ireland and features a bit of a change in direction
for Bonnie's music having more of a softer Celtic feel with very good flow
between the various songs.

The Heaven cd cover is a really good half of the new publicity photo of Bonnie -
full version is on the homepage's entry page - and the other half some sort of
mystical symbol. The sleeve is in color with Bonnie's eyes painted a bright blue.

"Heaven (Chamber Mix) is excellent. Almost accoustic and shows how good the
song is and also how good Bonnie's voice is. I dispair that this single is
hard to get hold of - fans should love it." - Stephen Bowen Lawrence

In "Expressen", leading tabloid in Sweden, there was a huge article on
Per Andreasson, who wrote the first three tracks. (Thanks to Per himself for
helping with Carl Gram's English translation!)

Per lives in Uppsala, Sweden, not far away from Stockholm and he mostly
writes instrumental world music. An A&R with a Swedish record company made
contact with people at East West who liked his songs so much that they
immediately bought three songs for Bonnie. Per describes his three songs
as very Irish with hand-drums and pipes.

OTHER RECENT BONNIE RECORDINGS

Bonnie has collaborated with Jim Steinman again. She has recorded a song
called "Tire Tracks And Broken Hearts" for use on the UK release
"Songs Of Whistle Down The Wind" which is Andrew Lloyd Webber and Jim
Steinman's new musical, premiering July 1998 in London.

Bonnie performs the song on the Andrew Lloyd Webber 50th Birthday Celebration,
which is now out. The show has now made it to the United States on PBS, the
first time in almost 15 years that Bonnie has appeared on US television. It is
quite a performance and the whole show is worth purchasing.

"Tyre Tracks & Broken Hearts", however, will not appear on AIOV because
you have to have six months clearance after release of the compilation album.
It could possibly be on the next Bonnie cd... (straight from Bonnie)

Rick Wakeman's new cd (Rick had a series of very successful concept albums
in the 70's and was keyboard player for the rock band YES) will include a track
with Bonnie titled "Is There Anybody There". It will appear on the cd "Return
To The Centre Of The Earth", Wakeman's sequel for his popular "Journey To The
Centre Of The Earth" from 1974.

From February edition of RECORD COLLECTOR:
Music Fusion artiste Rick Wakeman, the world's greatest after-dinner speaker
and joanna pummeller, has completed what he regards as one of his best works
ever. Just as well, "Return To The Centre Of The Earth" reportedly cost two
million pounds and took three years to make. Reprising the theme of his 1974
classic concept album, it features a celestial cast including bald Trekker
Patrick Stewart - who gets the narration job - Bonnie Tyler, Moody Blues
warbler Justin Hayward, and reformed chicken slayer and madman Ozzy
Osbourne.

Track # 6: Is Anybody There? (6:35)
Bonnie Tyler's vocals was recorded September 3rd, 1998 at CTS Studio 2,
Wembley, UK.
Engineer: James Collins.
Ass't Engineers: Erik Jordan & Stuart Sawney.
Studio Mgr: Pat Dodd.
